ProductTank Copenhagen: The Product Game! Fix The Flow

A special edition of ProductTank Copenhagen where attendees learn product management through Fix the Flow, a collaborative board game simulation. Teams role-play as product teams aiming to deliver value over 5 sprints, navigating trade-offs, disruptive events, varying productivity, and feature complexity. Facilitated by Copenhagen-based product leader Yuri Malishenko, the game inventor, at SimCorp.
